Ham & Swiss Sliders.

Oh my goodness. I was looking for a quick and easy meal for the family tonight and stumbled across Ham & Swiss Sliders on Pintrest. Pintrest is pretty much my cook book at home. I tweaked the recipe a little. Enjoy!

1 pkg        hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
1 pkg        deli sandwich ham
6 slices    swiss or pepper jack cheese
1/2 stick  butter, melted
1 Tbsp      poppy seeds (Optional)
1 tsp         worcestershire sauce
1 tsp         dijon mustard
1/2 tsp     onion powder

Slice top from rolls and place bottoms in baking pan. Layer ham and cheese on rolls. Replace tops. Combine butter, poppy seeds, mustard,Worcestershire, and onion powder and mix well. Drizzle over rolls. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until cheese melts. Uncover and cook for 2 additional minutes. Serve warm or cold.

I used 9 in this picture because I used a small pan.

We used half pepper jack and half swiss for the family.
